Led a Microsoft 365 and Teams workplace program and consolidated service desks to strengthen global service delivery.

35% cost savings from the Microsoft 365 and Teams workplace program.

The global cloud workplace program also delivered 15% cost avoidance. Service-desk consolidation improved efficiency, response times and first-call resolution.
